Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence is a 41-floor luxury serviced apartment tower in the Centre of Dubai’s business district. About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Team Leader to join the team at Jumeirah Living.

Main Duties: and responsibilities of this role:

• To ensure that colleagues report on duty on time and are in accordance with the Jumeirah grooming standards and that any discrepancy is brought to Duty Manager’s attention.

• To ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are adhered to at all times.

• To assist the Duty manager in the checking of VIP arrival apartments and the meeting and escorting of arriving residents.

• To ensure that the residence’s health and safety and security policies are implemented and correctly adhered to at all times.

• To ensure all guest complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.

• To build rapport with residents and guests and maintain interaction in order to update the guest history profiles.

• To manage the Jumeirah loyalty program Sirius and inquiries and review and conduct necessary training.

• To carry out and record training within the department as required and within the guidelines of Jumeirah.

• To conduct residence, show rounds if required

• To review residence allocations for VIPs

About you:

In order to be considered for this role you will have at least two years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel environment.

You will have excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is advantage. Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.
