This Arabian-themed waterpark in Dubai offers breathtaking views of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Madinat Jumeirah. A day at this waterpark means one adrenaline rush after another. About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Admissions Division at Wild Wadi Waterpark. 

The main responsibilities are:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. 
  • Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational/departmental goals. 
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. 
  • Delegating tasks to team members. 
  • Lead the team by example by demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity. 
  • Ensure all personnel, clients and their guests are greeted and attended to in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, where applicable.
  • Deal with guests’ enquiries & complaints professionally, record any relevant details and notify the supervisor. 
  • Ensure familiarization and adherence to compliance with your respective domain policies, procedures, and guidelines.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Proficient in spoken and written business English.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels.   
  • Minimum 1 year experience at a similar facility.
