About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Housekeeping Team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. 

The main responsibilities are:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational/departmental goals. 
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members. 
  • Lead the team by example by demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity. 
  • Ensure all personnel, clients and their guests are greeted and attended to in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, where applicable. 
  • Brief staff regarding duties before shift starts in Security Department.
  • Ensure Duty roasters are compiled and advise on changes as applicable. 
  • Responsible for preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems. 
  • Responsible for managing stock and inventories, vendors directory, contract agreement where applicable

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • Proficient in spoken and written business English
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels
  • Multilingual with proficiency in at least one additional language 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in other 5-start properties
