We are currently recruiting for a Techno Functional Consultant – Technical Specialist to join our ICT Team in our HQ located in Dafza, Dubai Airport Free Zone.


The technical Specialist would be responsible for the development (configuration, customization, and integration) of various modules related to HCM, SCM & Finance modules. In addition, the role would also entail taking part in design of the solution in an efficient manner and in line with best practices.



  • Ensure that the requirements collection, documentation and sign off are within the stipulated project time and budget


  • Maintain a good working relationship with BU Heads and BU Champions
  • Engage in effective, clear and concise interaction with all stakeholders in meetings and emails
  • Ensure current business processes are challenged in an assertive manner
  • Exhibit a can-do attitude and willing to work with all stakeholders towards implementing a good solution


  • Interpret technical specifications accurately and ensure that the coding meets the business requirements
  • Own the development of all modules on PaaS and SaaS integrations/extensions
  • Participate in design reviews and discussions
  • Support in Solution Design / Functional Fit – Gap / Training / Testing sessions
  • Assist business user during CRPs / SITs / UATs.
  • Ensure code high quality code is delivered with the best optimization possible and minimum bugs
  • Conduct unit testing and system integration testing
  • Provide post go live support


  • Ability to provide innovative solutions and design ideas that would be transformational to BU operations

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in PaaS development & SaaS integration/extensions
  • Exposure to Fusion Data Migration would be an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any relevant field
  • Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
  • Oracle Fusion Certification is preferred
