About the job


As a Training Coordinator in our retail fashion business, your primary responsibility will be to execute the training plan established for the year. You’ll spend a significant portion of your time conducting training sessions in our stores, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the HR Manager to create development and improvement plans to enhance employee performance and skill sets.


Training Delivery:

  • in-store training sessions for retail staff on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, soft skills, etc.
  • consistent and engaging delivery of training materials to maximize employee understanding and retention.
  • training approaches to suit the needs and learning styles of diverse employees.

Training Plan Execution:

  • with the Head of Learning & Development to implement the yearly training plan, ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • progress and effectiveness of training initiatives and adjusting as needed to meet performance targets.
  • accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes.

Development and Improvement Planning:

  • closely with Operations and HR to identify training needs and gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • in the development of personalized development plans for employees to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • the implementation of improvement plans to address performance issues and enhance employee effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • with Operations to understand specific training needs and challenges.
  • effectively with employees to promote upcoming training sessions, gather feedback, and address concerns.


  • experience in retail, preferably in a fashion-related environment.
  • presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
  • of training methodologies and learning principles.
  • organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • to work independently and as part of a team.
  • to travel to different store locations as needed.
  • degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
