Role Purpose:
We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team, focusing on transfer pricing matters. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, a strong background in financial analysis, and a proven ability to implement effective transfer pricing strategies.

Role Profile:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and comply with international and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transfer pricing considerations are integrated into business decisions and projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking analysis and functional analysis, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to determine appropriate transfer pricing methodologies for intercompany transactions, ensuring arm’s length pricing.
  • Identify potential transfer pricing risks and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
  • Review and analyse intercompany transactions to ensure they adhere to established transfer pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Manage transfer pricing audits, liaising with tax authorities, and providing necessary documentation to support the company’s transfer pricing positions.
  • Provide training and education to internal teams on transfer pricing policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent understanding across the organization.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, with exposure to real estate or related industries being advantageous
  • Comprehensive knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, principles, and methodologies
